There are so many amazing benefits to group exercise - motivation, a sense of being part of something, support from like-minded people, and the opportunity to try new exercises and be pushed a little out of your comfort zone - just to name a few!

My classes are designed to help you reach your goals in a fun and friendly environment. I'm with with you every step of the way, keeping you motivated, ensuring technique and form are on point, so you can get the most out of every move. I cater for all abilities, so if you're new to exercise, looking to get back into something, or wanting to take it up a level - I've got you!

With a focus on building strength and confidence, my classes will help you to feel stronger, fitter and healthier.

Daytime Ladies Classes

There are no daytime classes scheduled at the moment, but follow me on social media to be the first to know when these start again. 

I'm hoping to add more classes in different venues in the Leicestershire / Northamptonshire area over the next few months, so keep your eyes on this website or my social media for new dates and times!
