Personal Training Packages

If you are new to exercise or looking to take your fitness to the next level, working with a personal trainer could be just what you need. We will start at your starting point and work towards your goals, because it isn't one-size-fits-all; it's personal.

I will create sessions which are not only effective and bespoke to you, but they will increase your confidence, strength and overall health.

Training with me will give you accountability and consistency and I will ensure you get the most out of every move with correct form and technique. You will learn about your body and get excited to see what it can do - so take a look at the packages below and let's get started with building a healthier, stronger body!

Personal Training Packages

1:1 COACHING

£40 per session

(4 sessions minimum recommended to begin)

This package includes:

​

-Initial Consultation & Goal setting

-Professional training, motivation and accountability

- Being kept on track with regular Progress Reviews 

-Focus on strength, mobility, fitness and overall health

-Food diary analysis & Nutrition Advice if required

-Personalised, bespoke programming for YOU and YOUR goals!

After the initial 4 sessions you can book sessions in blocks.

​

Ideal for those wanting to step it up and see what they can achieve

GROUP SESSIONS

£40 per session

(3 people max.)

This is perfect for friends or couples who :

​

-enjoy the camaraderie of a group environment

-maybe like a bit of healthy competition

-want to see progress & learn new skills 

-like personal attention and coaching during  a more tailored session 

​

You get to share the cost too!           

Come and join me in my private home gym which has a huge variety of weights and equipment, and we will create a programme which will help you reach your goals and get you amazing results!
